Unconventional Engagement
Whether its an internal strategic planning discussion or a first-time external stakeholder event, strong meeting facilitation can lay the groundwork for successful projects, plans, and collaborations. I can help with that! I facilitate meetings in person or on the web. But to be clear, my engagement is not boring. I attempt to meet the needs of all learning types and abilities. I employ question campaigns, sticky notes, visual preference surveys, photovoice, consensus building processes and plenty of other tools to create the most comprehensive engagement possible.
Health in All Policies
Have you ever wondered how to infuse health into your work? Health and general quality of life are impacted by plans, policies, and decisions in many different sectors. By including a 'health in all policies' lens on municipal and business plans and policies, you allow for a deeper analysis of how to improve the intended product and its impact on customers, stakeholders, and constituents. Using a deep knowledge of public health, disease origins, health pathways and evidence based practices, I work with you to build off of your expertise to improve work.

Community Health Improvement planning
By developing community health improvement plans, we are able to better assess how community-based work strategically fits within the ecosystem of health-improving efforts. Building on the community health needs assessment, I work with with a wide array of stakeholders to prioritize, pinpoint, and better understand opportunities to move the needle on health outcomes.
